Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

FOR CONSULTATIONS, OFFICE VISITS and TOXIN INJECTION APPOINTMENTS:

If you No-Show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged $150, unless we are able to fill the appointment slot.  

 

FOR OTHER PROCEDURE OR TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS:

If you cancel or miss a procedure or treatment appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit you paid to book the appointment will be forfeited, unless we are able to fill the appointment slot.   If you did not pay a deposit to book the appointment, you will be charged $150, unless we are able to fill the appointment.

 

FOR SURGERY:

A separate Surgical Fee Policy applies to Purelipo, Caverstem, J Plasma and MyEllevate surgeries, and will be shared with you if you schedule one of those surgeries.

  • By scheduling an appointment at Dr. Bowen’s office you are agreeing to take on 100% of the financial risk associated with a missed or late-cancelled appointment as described above, irrespective of the reason it occurs.  You are also agreeing to pay the above-described fees.  

  • In other words, once you have “claimed” an appointment slot by booking it, you are responsible for payment for it even if you end up not being able to make it – even if you have a good reason you can’t make it – unless of course you provided the advance notice to cancel the appointment or we’ve been able to fill the slot.

  • If you are not in agreement with assuming this financial risk, please do not schedule an appointment with our office.
