Most patients can expect some temporary bruising, swelling, numbness, and tenderness in the treatment area(s). You'll wear compression garments afterward to reduce swelling. Strenuous activity should be limited for several weeks after surgery. Most patients can return to work within several days of their procedure, depending on their specific situation.
